BADGING PROCEDURE GUIDELINES SEMESTER 2019-1
MASTER AND DOCTORATE PROGRAMS IN PRODUCTION AND ANIMAL HEALTH SCIENCE
(De acuerdo a oficio DGAE/SAEP/330/2018)

Procedure:
1.- As of the 29th of August of the current year, newly admitted students in the semester 2019-1, will access The General School Administration Unit (DGAE) Web Page (www.dgae.unam.mx) to download and print the corresponding ID Card request form.

2.- Before printing the ID Card request form, students should check that their name and account number are correct. In case of a mistake, he/she must notify it at their corresponding school, Postgraduate Unit in order to request their correction. NO CARDS WITH INCORRECT INFORMATION WILL BE ISSUED.

3.- Those students who are unable to print their ID request form, must inform it at the School, Postgraduate Program Section. The staff there will at the same time request the necessary support from the Postgraduate Subdivision Unit of School Affairs.

4.- The student has to get the ID Card form stamped and signed at the School Section of the Postgraduate Program.

5.- The ID photograph and fingerprint in each case will be taken on the second floor of the Postgraduate Unit, building “K”, above the auditorium, from September 10th – September 14th this year. Entrance to building “K” is through building 1.

6.- Also, In addition to was what mentioned in #5 above, Mexican students are required to show an official ID (INE, passport, Professional License), whereas foreign students are requested a passport or Immigration Form (FM) signed by them, with their photograph attached to it.

IMPORTANT: The ID signature and the signature of the request form must be the same.

Procedure for External Program Facilities:

1.- Students in the Postgraduate Program at external premises will request an ID card by means of an official document. They will include the “change of a photograph and attachment of it” format which they can download through the SIA-P system. They will sign the paper and fingerprint it. Also, besides a copy of an official ID, they will hand in a photograph with the following characteristics: color, with a white background, 3 cm. wide x 2.5 cm. high. SCANNED OR WHITE AND BLACK PHOTGRAPHS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

2.- Formats will be handed in between the 17th and the 21st of September, 2018. It is important to include on the official document the premise the student is studying at.

REPLACEMENT OR RESTAMP OF IDs

GUIDELINES TO REQUEST IDs
M.Sc. AND PhD PROGRAM IN ANIMAL HEALTH AND PRODUCTION SCIENCE

REPLACEMENT
1.- Program authorities will request a replacement as long as the student has already got an authorization by the Program Coordinator.

PROCEDURE

  • The student will send his/her name and account number to SAEP via e-mail in order to verify the existence of a photograph. A reply will be given in the same way.
  • If the system keeps a photograph, the Program Authorities will request a replacement of it through an official document sent to SAEP. They will include the student’s name, account number, and the corresponding payment ticket..
  • In case there is no photograph, the Postgraduate Program will issue through SAEP the integration to replacement of photograph format to be signed by the student with a black pen by the student and his/her fingerprint on it. Both, the signature and the fingerprint must go within the limits of the corresponding square. The student must include a color photograph, with a white background, 3 cm. wide x 2.5 cm. high. SCANNED OR WHITE AND BLACK PHOTGRAPHS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

RESTAMP

1.-The Postgraduate Program requires IDs to be restamped as long as the student has got an authorization from the Postgraduate Program Coordinator authorization.

It can be requested through a formal document, and only ID card(s) are to be included (NO PROOF OF ACADEMIC REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY).
